Gratitude Journals

My name is Erika Mendoza, I became involved with the foundation at the age of 5 following my burn injury. I participated in Champ Camp in 1999, and have been hooked ever since. I have been a participant, volunteer and am now staff for the burn foundation and am so happy to be a bigger part of the AARBF family.  

My video is about Gratitude journals and it’s benefits as well as how to get started. I have found personally that writing in my gratitude journal on a daily basis helps me focus on the positive things in life which also reduces my stress.
