Thank you for supporting AARBF in 2021 and beyond. Donate Today 50 Stories from people impacted by burns for 50 Years of AARBF. 50 Stories

The Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation was created because in one moment, an accidental fire tragically ended a child’s life and impacted a family forever.

Since 1971, AARBF has been spreading the word across California about fire safety and burn prevention, all while helping burn survivors and their families find hope and support in the wake of challenging experiences. Our communities have been made safer because of decades of passionate work from volunteers and allies, and we look forward to continuing these efforts with your help.

In celebration of 50 years of AARBF, we invite you to take a moment of your time to make a positive impact, prevent a burn injury, or read stories from people whose lives have been affected by burns. It only takes a moment for a burn injury to change a life forever—and it only takes a moment for you to make a difference.
