Are you looking for a new way to express yourself or for a new way to guide you through the healing process? Come join the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation for our new online virtual discovery of self expression, every 4th Thursday of the month, 7:00pm -8:30pm PST. Learn new ways to process and express your burn injury, your current state of emotions, or anything else you’re holding onto, through writing, art and music. Below you will find flyers with more details and the months correlating with each expression series. Space is limited so make sure you sign up early!!
**The November Art Expression and December Music Expression will be a combined session on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
