Jessica Derrick, Director of Development

Jessica joined the staff of AARBF early in 2009. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of Financial Development for the YMCA of San Francisco, where her work strengthened concurrent campaign efforts for the large health and human services non-profit and earned her the 2008 Employee of the Year accolade. Her previous experience also includes program work in camps and recreation, water safety, and the visual arts, plus administration in the visual arts and foundation grantmaking.

She has a B.A. in English from the University of New York at Albany and a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco. To stay well-rounded, her other passions include art appreciation, traveling, playing piano, and occasional bouts of karaoke.
