For burn-injured children 5 to 16 years old, please fill out your application and health form to attend Champ Camp by May 1.

If you’re interested in becoming a Champ Camp Counselor, or haven’t been back to camp for at least 4 years, fill out a New Counselor Application and turn in by March 24.
