Bachelor Auction Hits New High

The 7th Annual Bachelor Firefighter Auction was the most successful ever - both in terms of funds raised and fun made! Bachelor firefighters strutted for and mingled and danced with cheering women at The Red Devil Lounge on April 24 in a benefit for the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation's programs and services.

"Up on stage, I saw a sea of women chanting. It was packed. It was total adrenaline. It was my 15 minutes of fame," said Ed Bottorff, one of the bachelors. "Those women gave big and donated a lot of money. I know where the money goes. I was a Champ Camp counselor for three years, and those kids live all year for that one week.
