Memory of Angelina Ciucci, 1981-2008
"She
was a phenomenal, very happy person. The kids adored her,"
said friend and fellow volunteer Karen "Smiley" Miller.
"She was positive right up to the end. She had a skin graft
due to surgery, and she said, 'Look, now I can tell the kids I had
a graft too.'"
Angelina grew up around firefighters and with the Alisa Ann Ruch
Burn Foundation. As a teen, Angelina would ride in the AARBF relays
